The cleanliness was average. The bed was very comfortable and good selection of different pillow thickness. It was wonderful having a corner room, a real treat. We had the odd thing happen that on the Sunday the room was half serviced? Our towel were taken away but not replaced. Rubbish was taken away but no new bag? It was odd but didn't bother us as there were loads of towels provide. The facility could cut down with only replacing towels on the floor? Something other places do?

We didn’t end up having breakfast in the pavilion we woke up late but we cooked breakfast in the room and everything was there and we forgot butter and reception were kind enough to let us take the little ones out on table so very satisfied and we drove 5mins down the road to countdown so everything was within driving distance. We stayed for the homecoming of the warriors so we were right down the road from the fields which was even better. Definitely recommend.

The room was amazing! It had a spa bath and the room was fitted out nicely. Very comfy bed and the lighting is great. The bonus was the lazyboy chair to sit in instead of the bed. Great security on sliding door, felt safe and had a great nights sleep. I like that you can park right outside your room on the ground floor. Breakfast was also good supplied in their onsite restaurant. Clean room and fixtures!

I loved how easy it was to find coming off the motorway and the room was amazing I absolutely enjoyed my stay and it was close to shops and the venue I had my sports comp was just around the corner.definately coming back again the staff were super friendly aswel and the spa was amazing thank you so much best western ellerslie

The facilities were great, clean and comfortable. And location is superb! Easy to get to and from. At the top of the list should we need accommodation in Auckland again!
