The staff were great, the restaurant was delicious, meals were large and great value for money. We got entree’s and they were very generous in size for all of us. Rooms were tidy and beds were comfortable They are doing upgrades to the buildings so there was a bit of noise during the day if you were back at hotel. Although it says there is a laundry to use and it needs coins this isn’t the case but I dropped laundry at the reception and had it back the next morning clean, dry and folded. The staff were very accomodating.

Good stay, was travelling for work and location was handy for me. Office is near Sylvia Park so great location for there, and then easy access to the motorway when driving to meetings. A little bit dated, but comfortable, clean and there were repairs and maintenance going on (did not disrupt the stay) and will happily re-book for future stays and will consider it when travelling with family, especially for events at Mt Smart. Staff were great as well, friendly, helpful and genuine.

Attended a reunion. Was unable to check in at 2pm due to being at the reunion. My parents and siblings were also staying(checked in a day earlier). Reception checked me in over the phone and handed my parents my key that morning. Saved so much hassle. Items we're stupidly left and without any issue reception sent it to me. The rooms were immaculate, perfect for my family of 3 and as stated above the service was exceptional. Definitely recommend.

Let down by minor maintenance .. only small items, but not what you expect from the price we paid and compared to other similar type of properties. Blind strings were broken and did not pull up properly, drawer unit had drawers that would not open, TV needed resetting to correct HDMI each time you turned it on.
